The primary cause of vulnerability to health problems is poverty. If a person belongs to a poor family they chance of having less education is high. If they are not well educated the lesser the knowledge they have about sicknesses and other health problems. They are very prone to develop adverse health outcomes because they don't know how to prevent sickness and protect their selves.
