3(6-4x)-27x+10x-31    =

18-12x-27x+10x-31     distributed. =

-13 - 29x

Distribute the 3(6-4x) to get 18-12x-27x+10x-31. then simply combine like terms (coefficients same variable, in this case X) to get -29x-13
