-2x – (-6x) + 4 = 3x – (-2) +1-(-3)

= -2x + 6x + 4 = 3x + 2 + 1 + 3

= -2x + 6x - 3x = 2 + 1 + 3 - 4

= 4x - 3x = 3 - 1

= x = 2 ANSWER

HOPE THIS HELPS :)
