because you can divide them like

[tex] \frac{2}{10} = \frac{1}{5} \\ \\ \frac{4}{20} = \frac{1}{5} \\ \\ \frac{6}{30} = \frac{1}{5} \\ \\ \frac{8}{40} = \frac{1}{5} [/tex]
